The Apprécier Program is DPN’s referral program. The program encourages DPN’s clients to refer our products and services to family, friends their personal networks. DPN provides rewards as a way of showing our appreciation for the referral.
The program also thanks the Referral Lead by providing them with a unique gift for being a part of the DPN Apprécier program.
Referrer: A DPN client who voluntarily participates in the Referral Program by referring a Referral Lead.
Referral Lead: A person who is not an existing DPN client and not on the DPN database and who (a) has given his/her approval to be referred and whom the Referrer has referred through this program; and (b) who provide details of their Referrer to DPN in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Clients of DPN are eligible to refer family and friends providing you ask for their consent first. This program is limited to Australian residents.
There is no cost to participate in the Apprécier Program.
Only qualified leads can receive rewards. For a Referral Lead to qualify, the Referral Lead must: be aged 18 years or over; not be on DPN’s database prior to Referral; not be not an employee, agent, representative or sales agent of DPN; meet minimum financial eligibility criteria.
1. Simply use the Referral lead form submission to provide your details and that of your referral. This will be a form submission to DPN, with a welcome email sent to your referral, plus an acknowledgement to you as the Referrer.
2. Via a DPN Apprécier invitation.
Your friend will receive a printed invitation or an email invitation to use our services as recommended by you. It is up to your friend to accept the invitation and engage with DPN. They won’t be subjected to unwarranted phone calls or emails.
Do I receive a reward when my friend meets with DPN for a free consultation?
Yes, provided your friend qualifies as a Referral Lead and undertakes a booked meeting with a DPN consultant, DPN will send you (the Referrer) a voucher reward. The voucher reward is for Referrers only and will not be awarded to Referral Leads. This reward is irrespective of whether or not the Referral Lead proceeds with a DPN property, finance or property management.
If my friend proceeds with a DPN property or loan, do we each receive a gift?
Yes, should your friend proceed with a DPN service – either property, finance or property management, you will each receive a curated gift from our hand-picked selection.
As a Referrer, there are three (3) reward tiers, based on the volume of successful referrals provided to DPN:
Primo (1-2 referrals)
$50 voucher per referral
Choice of 6 gift selection (all services)
Infinito (3-5 referrals)
$100 voucher per referral
Choice of 6 gift selection (all services)
Additional choice of 5 gifts
Assoluto (6+ referrals)
$150 voucher per referral
Choice of 11 gift selection (all services)
Additional choice of 4 gifts
Referrals to DPN
People referred to DPN who proceed with a service will recieve their choice of gift from the Primo gift tier (6 gift options).
When will I receive my rewards?
The voucher reward will be issued to the Referrer once your friend has been qualified and met with a consultant face-to-face.
Gifts for property will be issued at property construction, for finance, upon loan settlement, and at managing agency agreement signed for property management.
Do referrals expire?
Yes, the referral will expire 6 months after the Referral Lead meets with a DPN Consultant.
Can I exchange the rewards for cash?
Rewards are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Apprécier program is not available to DPN Affiliate partners under agreement.
