DPN is seeking an experienced lending leader to oversee our Mortgage Broking Team of 11, including 3 offshore team members.
Based at our Cronulla office, with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week, this key role is not just about managing numbers; it's about leveraging technology, nurturing relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This full-time position will suit an experienced broker or mortgage manager with leadership experience looking for a growing organisation to call home. We work with a huge panel of loan providers and have a very attractive package on offer including competitive base + super + commissions.
You will play an active part in the core mortgage broking activities delivered by the business and will have the technical expertise to both perform the role of broker and mentor the team, primarily in residential and construction loans working.
