With expert organisational skills, Fran is responsible for our Customer Experience.  This includes running our gifting program that surprises and delights customers throughout the DPN journey. Fran also works behind the scenes to ensure the company’s events run smoothly.

Fran has extensive admin experience as a personal assistant previously working at Network 10, IBM & Deloitte.  

Fran enjoys a busy family life, spending time with her husband and kids. When not at work, you’ll probably find her shopping.
